Well, my boss seriously surprised me by getting back to to me on my latest proposal, but she said "I've been on board with this for some time", even though she hasn't been. I am about 99% certain that I've proposed this before, it didn't take hold and she dismissed it. So she's trying to make herself look good in front of HR now. GRRRRRRR.
