How is your Depression these days. Do you see a trend between your levels of Depression and corresponding lack of motivation? What about daylight - are you located where the relationship between day and night fluctuates to the extremes.
These are certainly factors affecting my own motivation - even willingness - to do things. I am far more active during summer when the days are longer and my Depression at its least.
Walking is my activity of choice (there is no freaking way you'll find me in a gym). Motivation? I make myself walk. Instead of doing groceries with my car once a week I do my groceries near daily and walk - even in the snow.
