No prn's here, just firm instructions to call in at first sign of trouble. I'd probably abuse any AP or benzo that causes drowsiness/sedation if I were "given permission", even something as OTC as benedryl I'm wary of. OTOH, if I were in trouble they'd either see me quickly or call in a script same-day; so I trust their judgement and instruction.
