Can you tell us a little about your education and skill set? That will help us think of ideas for employment. Of course there is the tutoring route - which I'm sure you've thought of. Have you thought of some of these after school programs that need site coordinators? I'm thinking of an organization called Communities in Schools, and there are others like it. I'm not sure what the pay structure is like but it would be working with students, which you obviously have experience doing.

Have you thought about getting into HR? It seems like someone with experience in education may be able to make the segue into an HR career. You'd have to start entry-level most likely, but at least it would be a job and a career path. Check out SHRM. (I forget what the acronym stands for.)

Have you thought of registering on Care.com as a tutor, housekeeper, nanny, babysitter? That could be a place to get income. Same with Rover.com, if you're interested in walking dogs or dog-sitting, it's just a way for some extra income.

Good luck, cielpur. I know how challenging it is to be out of work. Hope something works out for you soon.
