Wow, that's inexcusable imo -- and so very NOT funny!

My middlekid used bring all manner of people home from Univ w/her -- and warn me ahead of time of some dietary boundaries when needed (many of these kids I'd never heard of before; MiddleKid was VERY social lol). One young lady was vegan, and I made no fuss but all meals were meatless as well as no cheese nor eggs/dairy. It just wasn't that tough -- spahetti marinara is a cinch, so is mushroom strogano! Blueberry muffins for breakfast, etc. No big. I cannot fathom a parent who would think someone's convictions are a joke! Grrrrr

WTH would they do if you had to have a gluten+Casein-free diet? (No gluten, no dairy)?? Would they think it's funny to make you ill?

Because that, in essence, is what they did. GRRRRRRRRRR

Sigh. So sorry they just don't get it, how terribly immature of them!
