Well I had a really bad day. Went to the doctors this morning and found out they don't do drop-in. The receptionist was rude when I tried to explain my agorapgobia and how hard it was to get there . I burst into tears went home and calmed down .

I went back to the doctors for my appointment for my meds . they tried to send me home without my meds which was my whole reason for going there twice . their system had not been updated . I refused to leave the doctors office and burst into tears again. He called in another doctor to my relief because I actually thought I was about to get dragged out by security .

I finally got my medication . not all of it but one weeks worth which is ok.

I feel much better now I finally got it . what a bad day though . the staff at the doctors are so insensitive .
