Yes, they are horrors.

I've been offered a meeting with a psychologist at my practice, but only on days I can't take off work. If I could speak to them directly, maybe there's a chance they could see me one early evening or something like that. But no, I have to go in and arrange the appointment at the reception desk. The staff there are awful. One's a dragon. The other is a young girl who doesn't seem to know anything.

And all the other patients in the waiting room can hear!

So, I haven't got an appointment.

To get time off work, I'd have to tell a v unsympathetic boss about my issues.
