It absolutely makes my blood boil when I hear how bad people are treated by the very people that should be helping them

It also makes me feel fortunate that I lucked out and got a good support team at my Pdocs office. I picked them randomly from a list of doctors that accept my insurance. The desk clerks are always kind and respectful. The office always returns my calls in a timely manner. The next time I'm there to see my Pdoc I'm going to make it a point to thank them and tell them how much I appreciate their kindness and professionalism.
