Forgot to post yesterday, oops!

Got over 14.5k steps yesterday but didn't do any additional working out.
Today I just finished a lower body/core routine of my own building (with the help of FitnessBlender). I chose my favourite lower body strength moves and combined them with a 10 minute abs routine from FB. 44 minutes total including the warm up and cool down.

It was fun to choose my favourite moves - it was basically deadlift variations, weighted bridges and pilates moves. Broke a decent sweat.
