Jan, I hope your day went okay yesterday, your appointment and everything. If you posted about it and missed it I apologize. My brain's running on empty these days with lack of sleep.

Well I finally made it to bed around 2:45 and woke up at 7:30. The good news is that by the time I actually got there, I fell asleep straight away and didn't wake up at all until 7:30. So I got some solid sleep. I still feel like a bit of a trainwreck today - everything's too loud, too bright, etc - but I will be the first to acknowledge that it could really be much worse.
