I totally understand the need to shut out stimuli. Are you able to get some downtime where you don't have to use your brain?

I average a 20 hour work week and fully know I could NOT manage more than that. Thanks for the info. I never thought of it that way. My brains been on overload for almost a year and I’m hitting my breaking point. I’m feeling much better today. I will try to be kinder to my brain and give it more rest time
