Well, I'm a week in and the fatigue is gone Yay! I can feel a bit of restless at night but it's gone by morning. My pdoc wants me to stay at 20 for another week then up to 40. I'm not noticing any big mood change but I am on the lowest dose now, so we'll see how the increase goes.
