Hi Sky,

I eat anything low fat whenever I can. I have replaced almost everything (except for mayo) with the no fat type of foods from the store. This does the trick for me.

I am also loving the site of slimfast. I have found a lot of support and good eating ideas there.

What I do when I want to seriously diet, is read, and search (online) the companys that sell diet foods. They have all kinds of information and great recipes. Even if I do not cook them, they stay in my mind and motivate me to stay on my diet. They make the no calorie and no fat stuff look and taste really good. I quess a lot of it is truly psychological, so reading it and thinking about it is a great step.

Good Luck on your diet. Remember if you fall off of it, just pick yourself back up and go from there.

I have also posted some Blender drinks that are my favorites. They are so sweet and filling, that it does not seem like low cal food. There is also endless variations with a blender if you have one. Just search on the internet for recipe ideas and blend away. You can have as many as you like, since so many are filled with fruit and ice.
