Sounds like your coming off the med it has a pretty long half life.

Sleep will improve when a manic episode leaves, that said not everyone drops into a depression once the mania goes away.

Try to keep to a schedule Get X amount of sleep , bedtime and awake up even when you dont want to Set alarms on your phone.

Make sure you get out everyday , take a walk.
