I was on the wrong medication, and I had not my full diagnosis.
Now, I have the proper medicine and diagnosis. But I am going through a rough patch right now. I keep forgetting my medicine, no matter how hard I try. I do fine for awhile, but then I miss two or three doses and feel terrible. They are in liquid form, instead of pill form. Since I can't take pills because of other health issues. Is there a way to help this?
I've also been looking for good groups or resources that I can use on my computer, phone, or maybe support groups I can find in person. I am struggling to find any of the above. I would greatly, greatly appreciate any help; since I'm unable to do this on my own.
I am also a stay at home mom with a toddler, so I could use some people to talk to and someone to be there for me while I try to work through this bipolar. And try to figure out how to cope with it daily.
I'm just really struggling right now.
Thank you so much.

I am in the same boat as you though a little shorter on the time since diagnosis. It took me a while to find someone that helped out and got some of my ducks in a row. Just figured I'd pop in and say you're not alone!
