It eased up when I took a high dose of Seroquel for a manic episode. I continued on that dose for some time and I do attribute the lessening of the agoraphobia to it. When I later went down to a lower dose, my agoraphobia didn't come back, though I still had considerable anxiety. When my klonopin dose went from .5 to 1 mg, that helped, though not entirely --but (again) the agoraphobia didn't come back. Now I feel paralyzed when I get very anxious, not able to get up (i.e. from computer) and do anything. I regret not having gone to therapy for this. I still should...

I know high doses of Seroquel are not 'supposed' to help with anxiety, but in my case it truly did. Then again, maybe it just knocked me out so much that I couldn't be that anxious anymore.
