I've been going to this place off and on for three years, usually going about once a month. Last time I went they made me start the IOP they have but I quit after a couple days because I'm suspicious of the program director. I kinda want to go today to do the groups but I really don't want to see the director. All the time I keep asking close ones "hey I'm not sure if I want to go to group; should I?"
Also most people only go for a couple months and honestly I kinda feel like a loser for still going
