It's good that you let it all out. Crying is one of the best things for that. I can't cry anymore lol only when my serotonin is not good. Not saying yours is it's normal to cry.

Even though that's a legit fear you should try to minimize it in 2-3 of these ways..

Thinking about what would happen and what you would do about some of those things happening and playing it out in your mind.. or..

Trying your best to think about other things.

The most important thing is to try and get out of the house and not stay isolated because of those ******** and make yourself as safe as possible.

You shouldn't let them have that power over you. Remember the fear should be amplified when you are in psychosis.
