Even though that's a legit fear you should try to minimize it in 2-3 of these ways..
Thinking about what would happen and what you would do about some of those things happening and playing it out in your mind.. or..
Trying your best to think about other things.
The most important thing is to try and get out of the house and not stay isolated because of those ******** and make yourself as safe as possible.
You shouldn't let them have that power over you. Remember the fear should be amplified when you are in psychosis.

Thank you tweaky. I shouldnt let them have that power over me yea. If i isolate because of them itll make it worse.
