I have a real live authentic bona fide room under the stairs. No kidding, for real! Just like in the "Harry Potter" movie. I have a tapestry runner in there, a small table, candles, floor pillows, unique lights, special notebooks, sacred special things to me, notes from my pilgrimage to Pasadena, etc. When things get really bad I go hide in there. It can be nice and dark, or I can have the light on and look at stuff, or burn candles/incense, chant & trance out, etc.
