Lots of people here have trouble sleeping. I used to before I got treatment from a psychiatrist and put on meds for bipolar. Now I sleep like a baby.
I don't know anything about your situation. Have you talked to your doctor about this or tried any meds for sleeping. People who have biploar tend to switch back and forth from sleeping a lot to not sleeping much at all. There are many things that could be effecting your sleep.
