I'm sorry you are feeling so down. I know those feelings too well. Its not true the you aren't good to anyone though because you help support people here including myself.

Please take care of yourself. You're sick and that's all you need to focus on. Get lots of rest, eat soup, drink tea and lots of fluids, watch some good shows and movies. Have you tried anything to help with breathing better, like vicks vapo rub, or maybe you can take a hot shower. You can also heat some water and pour it in a bowl, put a to keep the steam inside.
