Hi -- I've checked all the sub-forums and none of them seem to fit this issue.
As seemingly ALWAYS, something crazy has happened immediately after my therapy session which means I can't talk about this until next session. Anyway, as it's soon-to-be Halloween, my house is decorated to every inch with ''spooky'' items. One of which is a dead body hanging from my window. Morbid, I know.
BUT -- some complete stranger has posted a picture of our house on his social media and has also shared a link attached to it of an article talking about my neighbours murder three years ago insinuating there's some type of link. This is TOTALLY inappropriate. I don't know him but his posts are private and I'm tempted to respond with a comment like
"shouldn't your priorities be with our homeless community or raising your daughter, not my house nor my decorations" OR "using an innocent dead murdered woman to justify your asinine opinion of my decorations shows you up to be the real villain here"
Either way, this is so out of order. There's no reason to post a picture of my house on social media. Not his. Not anyone I don't know, either. IF anyone thinks "you have decorations so you want the attention" -- I would post pictures myself. Decorations are for the people who walk past, not for random people on the internet. Not without my consent.
I'd appreciate advice.
