I have become a grossly large skeleton with some - not -much - bits of crepey skin. I have to find methods of building my appetite.

Before this weight loss, though, I had to adapt to a low-calorie regimented diabetic diet and that’s what caused the drop in weight - over 60 lbs. - in my life. More than intended. Four light meals per day with an occasional snack. I never thought to waver.

Loosing weight is much harder, I’m sure, than sticking to a diet. But it may be a start? I don’t know...
