Just. Do It.
Everytime you sit down and roam PC or write a thread , Add that time up and you can do the same amount of exercise.
My husband just lost 29 lbs in 4-5 weeks... Just by changing his diet , smaller portions and cut out the carbs, He ISNT able to cardio exercise at this point since he has recently has to use oxygen But he can use handheld weights which he using everytime a commercial comes on tv. It adds up quick.
Anyone can do anything for 15 mins, Just get up and do it .
Sometimes we want to Blame Bipolar for everything But that is a cop out in my opinion... You can and will put you mind into the effort regardless of having Bipolare or not.
