Are you a man or a woman? I feel for you and was in exactly the same position - I thought of my weight and especially the belly as my prison.

It is not that I have lost that much weight, but I have changed other things and am feeling much better and having a very active social life. Part of this had to do with finding ways to dress, which is why I am asking whether you a man or a woman. If you are a woman, I can recommend solutions.

Also, it is very important to eat healthy foods and feel good about eating them without aiming to lose weight. In addition to salads and protein, it is extremely beneficial to eat broth-based soups. Cook soup with a lot of vegetables and some protein and consume any amounts of it without restriction. Mexican soups are really good - some chicken or some beef and lots of carrots, squash, etc. Eat with onions and cilantro and lime juice. Filling, tasty, versatile.

Fermented diary is tasty, high in protein and calcium, and boosts immunity. This is my favorite after lots of experimentation:

- farmers' cheese
- kefir cheese
- 1-2 persian cucumbers diced ever so finely
- Mexican onions: diced the green part regularly and for the white part, slice if lengthwise and then dice across.

Mix everything very well. Add sea salt.

I also eat eggs every morning - they are no longer considered dangerous to health.

I saute vegetables, varying them - e.g. leeks and zucchini, diced finely, or mushrooms and summer squash - then mix eggs with a little milk, whist, pour over vegetables. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and something green (dill, parsley), cook and eat with kefir cheese and some fresh vegetable - say, tomatoes with a little olive oil. So it is a very big breakfast which is healthy and which allows not to overeat later in the day.
