I’m a dude . I have a good plan and it would complement an active lifestyle as I’d like to be doing. Basically 5-6 meals but just protein meat and veggies. Only exception if it’s first meal and preworkout meal have some brown carbs. Also throw in a Greek yougurt as one of the meals.
