Lack of motivation is a big problem for many of us, I find that just getting out of the
house a couple of days in a row helps to get the juices flowing.
Even if it doesn't get you to the gym it will slowly build your motivation.
A good outdoor hobby can be a big help, for me it has always been fishing and probably
always will be but lately I have found another hobby that enjoy a great deal and it has
been getting me out of the house almost everyday. That's a great way to start building more motivation.
