This is a good start!!
I lost 60 pounds in my 40s doing low carb, and it WORKS. I only lost 15-20 pounds per year, but so what if it is slow. I’m in my 50s and the weight did not come back.
I can’t seem to lose more and keep it off. I’ve lost more but I bounce back to where I am. I am happy with how much I’ve lost.
You can be happy without being thin, and try not to see it as the only way to happiness. You are worthy of love just the way you are.
