Many of these are admirable goals, to be sure. The most important of these being health, which is a priority. What I am seeing in some these others goals is some amount self-judgement, which is not healthy for the mind or body. It is nice to feel embarrassed to be photos? But why ever be photos? Should a person with an ugly face not take pictures? Should anyone ever be called out for having a below average looking face? As far as faces go, should self worth be apart anyone self-esteem?

I am certainly not hear to tell you not to exercise, eat right, and aim for health. That is not my point, but be careful how you are thinking about the things you are doing.
My thinking is flawed. I don’t know what I should be thinking.
