I would be cautious with Ambien .. I had a horrible experience! I fell asleep then woke up in the hospital strapped down and I don't remember anything after falling asleep but apparently I threw up all over the place then passed back out. My grandma called the ambulance to come get me .. they thought I was (trigger) trying to attempt suicide again (trigger). But I wasn't, I was just trying to get some sleep since I have insomnia. I had only taken it twice when this happened and I never took it again, nor will I ever. I'm very hesitant about taking sleeping pills now.
