This is a game we’ve played before in this forum I think.

May each of us move further away from the “self hate beast” each day

And maybe it will then be easier to love others, even those we may not find it easy to warm to (like the rude receptionist. Actually I doubt I could “love” her but maybe not open my mouth quite so wide
