Honestly, it would depend on what it was. If it was a lawsuit, that suggest a civil matter rather than a criminal one, so she may not have broken the law. If it was, say, something in a divorce case, that likely wouldn't bother me. Or if it was from a car accident and there was some confusion over whose fault it was (and maybe her insurance was refusing to pay). Do you know if she won or lost the lawsuit? If she won, it also could have been something frivolous, and the other person didn't really have a case.

I assume it's public record, which is how you found it. If it's affecting your therapy, I think you need to bring it up with her.
