I've been working with Vocational Rehabilitation to get a job for almost a year, and I finally landed a job at Fred Meyers. I was placed in charge of the recycling machines, but had to quit after three days.
I can't process very much information at one time, and attempting to do so for extended periods of time gives me a headache, and eventually I become sick.
The first day of work was okay, the second I had a headache for the majority of my shift, and I felt sick the entirety of the third day. I was too sick to work the fourth day, and had to quit, as I was told there were no easier jobs available.
Does anyone have suggestions for jobs without much multitasking? I was only working four hour shifts, and for three days before I reached my limit. On top of that, I didn't have any anxiety or other distractions, meaning I was doing pretty much the best I could, and it still wasn't enough. Vocational Rehab doesn't offer any advice for what jobs for me to do, they just help me with jobs that I choose, but I'm out of ideas, hence why I'm posting here. Thanks!
