I've got a telecommuting data entry job and I absolutely loathe it. Nothing with my qualifications interests me, or fits me, especially because I'm bad with people and have poor attention and anxiety issues.
But 12 hours on your feet seems like a drastic change. Not to mention my university education, but that hasn't been an impediment the very few times I tried to get similarly low-skill jobs.
I kind of just want to have my head to myself now, and janitor seems like a job where you don't even have to pretend that you're enjoying it.
Some of you here will know that I'd rather do personal creative projects, but I just can't seem to manage, and maybe it has to do with my job making me anxious and depressed (or not).
Alternatively, being a janitor also might mean being treated like garbage, and maybe that won't improve things any.
