Personally I check out when things get too hard. I’m physically present but emotionally.... I’m not. I go through the movements not really feeling. And when that happens, the days blur into each other..... I’m not sure what happened which day. I disconnect so I don’t have to feel. Sometimes feeling something is enough and sometimes being numb is how I get through the day.
I’m not sure if it’s the same as what you’re experiencing?
I would get it checked out if you can. It could be the depression. But you’re important, so it’s important to get yourself checked out when/if you can. You’re not alone in your journey *hugs*
