Gosh darnnit Brit! Those videos were AMAZING! I actually found one that was somewhat close to how I was feeling about B. It’s very much an eye opening thought process. As terrified as I am to do my own worksheet, I’m ready to face it.
I just wanted to say thank you a million times over. I’ve had a lot of advice and counselling with and for Bryden. I’ve worked with a lot of psychologists and behavioural specialists... the list goes on, nothing has ever hit me as hard as that has. Thank you!!!
