Frankly, if the lawsuit was not related to any of her clients or any of her professional responsibilities, I wouldn't care at all.

If she has done some good work with you and you haven't had problems with her on a professional level, isn't this the most important thing? Why should anything about her life outside of her work with you matter?

I wouldn't even bother to know what happened and whether she was guilty of anything. If she was, she and the plaintiffs have already had their chance in court and it's already over. I would not put a burden of being a judge in this matter upon myself, as it has no connection with my work with the therapist and has no effect on my life whatsoever.
