My T told me about opposite action too. I cant say I'm any good at it though. The way she explained it was basically doing the opposite of what you feel like doing but keeping it small to begin with.

I'm also a major procrastinator and I basically do whatever I feel like doing or not doing at any given moment.

Im not saying opposite action is a bad idea but for me it feels too hard to implement right now. Is it possible for you to jump on those moments when you do feel like working out?

I haven't run in a while but today the urge hit me so I jumped up, put my running clothes on, grabbed my dog and ran. I know I have seen posts you have made where you sound very determined so you do have moments for sure where you want to. I know I for one wouldn't be able to force myself to make it to a class, the more pressure I feel to do something at a certain moment the less likely I am to do it at all.

Try starting really small, and ps I'm not annoyed reading your posts. I hope you can get over this difficulty getting started
Thanks for this!
