I think for you just getting started will work wonders, even 2 minutes of exercise at a time, walking in place in front of the TV, is better than nothing.
Also, don't expect a perfect body. You will never reach that goal and even those who look "perfect" still often have things about their body that they'd like to change. How about changing that goal to a healthy body? The physical changes will come in time, but it's just a bonus.
