Data entry takes a long term level of concentration to maintain accuracy, which is difficult for people who struggle with maintaining attention on a single thing for an extended period of time. For me, staring at and or monitoring one thing for too long is killer.
For me, hotel cleaning was good because each room was generally the same routine, but finishing a room and moving to another sort of "refreshed" the process so it didn't feel so much like one extended process.
So maybe cleaning a small facility?
I see cleaning job listings all the time for short, part time shifts on indeed in my area. (Like 2 hrs a day, mon-fri for example)
I also find stocking doable because all I have to do is scan the item and it tells me where to put it lol, so I get to move around, not do too much multi-tasking, and nothing bad happens if I can't figure out where the item goes. I just ask someone else or wander a bit to find it, since no one is watching you closely, atleast not in my experience. Stocking in smaller stores or stores with less variety in products is easier. I stocked in a craft store. Everything was crafting materials lol.
