I would prefer not to get involved in any of it... but, i live here. I don't understand why so many people don't seem to understand how to be a neighbor. It seems like if you choose to live in a condo you should have some understanding how it works. And you should be willing to contribute. I don't understand why people want to "do drama" like go to the meeting and "surprise" the trustee but then won't run for the board.
