IMO - I believe if the Death Penalty was implemented for sexually abusing a CHILD then the rate of children being raped would diminish over time...... at least this is what I think - for the are countries over seas that put criminals to death with in one week of them being found guilty and due to this quick justice with in their legal system crime is lower.

For think of it - Would you honestly risk DEATH for sexual PLEASURE or mere POWER?

I believe children keep on being sexually abused and tortured for no one is doing enough to stop it - there is no fear of sexual crime.

And - I am sorry if this sounds COLD..... but I would not feel guilty about my many abusers being put to death just because I spoke up - for they did the crime not me.... and yet strangely enough I am the one that is suffering and probably will suffer until the day I die.
