I hope you are doing better! I used to smoke a lot of weed and found when in clinical depression its not really helping but everyone is different.
I ended up quitting in my last depression as I was using up to 3 grams a day to numb myself. I now use about 3 grams a week on my day off mostly, but want to cut it down more as I get groggy and like being sober all the time.
I do have body pain from injuries and it really helps, but I think I need to change my methods of consumption to address that.
Even if I quit Ill always be a marijuana advocate, but using responsibly and correctly is key but a tough task like everything else in this world.
