Here's the thing, you're an adult, you should be paying for your own care not your parents. Wasn't your dad retired or something and went back to work due to financial reasons? When I was in college one of my profs told me life is unfair make it unfair to your own advantage, I live by that advice.

Yea and me by myself im poor. My only income is disability. Yea sure im trying to change that, but as of right now im just nothing to this society. Technically yes i do still live off my parents to some extent too. I even tried like looking up and googling what i would be considered in society, or to the clinics standards, with my income and then household income. But i really couldnt figure out household income because my dads income comes from not only his job but also his assets (owning rental property. Multiple ones at that), social security, etc.
Yes my dad said he was gonna retire but went back to work because his job laid him off a few years after the recession. Or prob during. Dont remember. Plus he needed something to do. But i mean idk...yea he could afford it now but then yea im an adult too.
And yea i have wondered if she was jealous. But not sure what exactly shed be jealous about???
