Oh I wasn't too nice. I had to leave and take a time out. I'm better now. But I was very irritated all day. Hoping that eases. I'll give it til Monday but after that I'll quit Effexor. And I'm pretty ok with meds but not gonna risk messing up life.

I over commited during my mania and now I'm working a LOT IN NOVEMBER.

I'm working a prison ministry for three days, cleaning a house once a week for four weeks, dog sitting for ten days and my part time job.
