As my pdoc put it, I still cycle---I just don't notice it as much. The meds mask it. Which is great, because my moods are basically stable; I usually just have some hypomania in the spring/early summer and mild depression in the fall/winter months. I also used to be rapid-cycling before I was put on two APs, and now I'm not.
