I'm sorry about what you have gone through. I'm glad you are reaching out now to find ways to move forward!
If you are interested in therapy with someone new to your case, you may be able to get a reference through the college counseling area, and they may be able to provide some help to you too. I would start there. Then it's your relationship that you have started and you have the power to continue or stop as needed.
You mention that you have anxiety. I have found that mindfulness techniques can help a lot in some circumstances, to reduce the anxiety enough to where you can feel in control again and continue on with what you are doing. There are some very simple ones that you can do anywhere. I also use relaxation music that I listen to when I'm stressed that helps calm me down. I often listen to it at night to help me sleep.
