I'm not sure why I even bother to invite my mother to family events anymore if it always ends badly like it did yesterday. Yesterday my mother came to a family event super drunk and shortly after she arrived she got into a argument with my sister and it escalated to the point where the police had to be called. I'm not sure what to do with my mother anymore I don't want to cut her out of family activities or out of my life completely but I feel like I might have to do that. Is there any advice that anyone can give.
