I go to bed around 2 o'clock or so and the dogs wake me up around 6 if I'm not already awake at five. Sometimes we sleep in till seven or we get up for a couple hours and then I go back to bed at seven But even if the dogs didn't wake me up, I would wake up about five- be awake for a couple of hours -and then go back to sleep
